Education development cannot leave the teacher,the education quality enhancement cannot leave the teacher specialized level the promotion. The professional growth of theachers,a key trend in the development of teacher career internationally is one of the central topics in the reform of current teachers'education. Outstanding teachers considered as the backbone of the teaching staff,whose growth anddevelopment receive people's day-by-day attention. More teachers can be provided reference and facilitated for their professionadevelopment by analyzing and studying the professional development of outstanding teachers. This thesis is used to analyze and study the professional development of an outstanding math middle-school teacher through a narration research,it seeks the key incidences in the course of her professional development and fpocuses on her educational theory, analyzes the stage and the factors influencing her professional development, summarizes the approaches and the revelation that can improvetheir profession development. This research is used an excellent math teacher who works in a middle school of fengcheng city in LiaoNing Province in this study. I visited the school,watched in her classes , collected details by observation production,made deep interview with the teacher and then analysis these details and facts. I explored the growth experience and education profession story of this teacher and reveal the secrets of this teacher's professional development.All ofthese will provide useful experience for other teacher's career development.This thesis is composed of three sections.In the first section, briefly expatiates the background of the problem ,Through neatening existing theories about teacher profession growth at home and abroad and find the fundamental point of the research. It proposed the purpose and the meaning of the research. Then discourse upon the methods of the research,expatiate the implementing process and preliminarily propose the connotation of teacher professional growth and the related concepts. The second section explains the subjects'professional development and educational characteristics from the perspective of the subjects'teaching experiences,classroom teaching,the way to learn and the stories of the subjects and the students. It's according to the data collected by the researcher. The third part analyzes the subjects'professional development, including the analysis of her educational theory in three aspects of the subjects'student outlook,teacher outlook and teaching outlook;the analysis of the stages of the subjects'professional development,there are four stages;the analysis of the factorsinfluencing the subjects'professional developmen and growth avenue ; the enlightenment of the teachers'professional development promoted by the subjects'stories.
