The Investigation And Analysis On Personal Trainers In Health Fitness Club Of Dalian

This paper discussed the problems with personal trainers in twenty-one of the gyms in the city of Dalian as the research objects.Documentation method,questionnaire method,investigation method,interviewing method andmethe matical statistics method have been used in this paper.I do some investigation and analysison current situation of entirety abilities and actualities of some fitness personal trainers in Dalian.The Main purpose is to understand the current basic situation and what should they have in there actuality and competence factors,to offer some consultation for the management of fitness personal trainers,training and cultivating the students in Sports Universities and Colleges.Based on the personal trainers in health fitness club of Dalian,The results show that:1,The personal trainers in part of Dalian gyms take the most percentage of men,the age is majority in 20-29 year-old between;their working time is not long,more in the two years following;47 percent of them do not have the experience of the competition.2,54 percent of them graduate from sports universities and colleges,sports universities and colleges can satisfy the health fitness club need talent is far from enough.3,In each index in credentials,the most important is technology level,but senior other fitness trainer shortage,Its professional qualifications remains to the authentication;but academic level is better.4,From the evaluation on personal trainer capacity,the most basic ability is the action ability,and it is the fitness test capacity to grasp the best one.Action ability and prevention and error correction ability are demanded urgently to strengthen.
