Anxiously, according to Our country Authoritative Department's statistics and the correlation investigation,the young students' psychological bearing capacity and willpower already unusual frailty: Feared that endures hardship, feared suffers a loss, feared exhausts oneself, feared knocks and so on;ang competes eats, puts on, the daily necessities name brand is become more and more serious. the above investigation causes the expert and leader's attention, The Ministry of Education, The General Administration of Sports,The Central Committee of Communist Youth League jointly improves the opinion of the young students healthy quality. and held the national first school sports workshop in December 23, 2006. after the meeting, they crops "about Has carried out National Trillion Student Sunlight Sports' Notice". Then it starts in April 29, 2007. which mainly to let the modern young students promote the bodily normal growth and the development, raises the psychologically healthy level, enhancement social adaptation ability, raises the full scale development talented person.This report uses many kinds of methods ,For instance the literature material, the interview, the questionnaire survey, the logic reasoning, the mathematical statistic as well as the email and so on carries on the investigation and study, 16 junior middle school's 1440 middle-school students and 48 sports teachers is the investigation object in Dalian's mountainous area, Xigang District, the Shahe oralis region, the Ganjingzi four area . they carry on the analysis to the young students sunlight sports' development condition, understand the sunlight sports' realistic condition and the deficiency. Provide the reference material for the Educational department and the School leader, provide the improvement teaching opinion to the gym instructor and the young students, lay the rationale for the four area junior middle school better development.After the questionnaire and the interview ,it obtained the following result:(1)81.4% gym instructors not unify the sunlight sports' knowledge connotation and the school sports's knowledge connotation, has not understood both's implication completely, and has not made both reasonable union. what is encouraging was the gym instructor rises the rational knowledge stratification plane to the sunlight sports from the initial perceptual knowledge.(2)78.7% gym instructors thought that the student daily sports time cannot amount to for one hour, but the investigation discovery has the intense participation sunlight sports student to account for 60.5%, has the thick sunlight sports interest student to account for 33.2%, has the positive sunlight sports manner student to account for 67.4%, but is not interested to the sunlight sports the student only accounts for 7.3%, simultaneously this part of students do not understand the sunlight sports.(3)The investigation discovers 50.9% schools facility insufficient demand in the"the sunlight sports"development .but has 7.7% school facility to be relatively good, and concentrated on the sports characteristic school.(4)The survey result showed that the varying degree changes of sports education stipulation in each school, cannot strict carry out the sports education stipulation phenomenon. 62.5% schools teach a course times not to be able to achieve the national stipulation the standard, the sports classroom content are unitary, the sports classroom has turned the test which takes the minute training place, the extracurricular activity could not achieve three times every week basically.(5)The survey result question is generally speaking main in the School leader and the supervision stratification plane, the leader takes seriously insufficiently.the school cannot come up to the sports carrying out dynamics, conditions and teachers, facility, equipment become aging.(6)encouragly, the teacher and the student quite craves in the sunlight sports, the mass base is quite abundant, is confident to the sunlight sports' development...
