The school teaching should adapt to the social development, along with the arrival of the information society and the knowledge-based economy, the cultivation of the students'learning ability becomes more and more important. Listening is not only an effective way but also a kind of indispensable ability for students to obtain information and refine information. All people need communication, cooperation, work together, whether one person is good at listening not only embodies his moral standards, but also relates to whether he and others will build up a normal harmonious interpersonal relationship. Relevant foreign scholars' statistics about the situation of information communication in our daily life and learning show that listening accounted for 45%, saying accounted for 30%, reading and writing accounted for 16% and only 9%. This shows "listening" plays the most important role in information communication.It is mentioned in The Chinese curriculum standard that oral communication ability is the modern citizen's essential ability, "patient listening", the good habit, is not innate, but requires a lot of time and ways to train. So, In our classroom,How to let the students performance correctly according to the age and psychological characetristic of lower section students, to guide the students to learn how to listen is an essential thing. Teachers should change the old idea that the training of speaking, reading, and writing" is more important than that of "listening" in order to improve studying level and the learning efficiency and narrow the differences among the students'listening. Listening to the opinions of others and making proper evaluation can promote the students' self consciousness and self-reflection.Accorging to Modern constructivism learning theory, knowledge cannot be simply taught by teachers or others, but only be sonstructed actively by every student according to their own existing knowledge and experience; at the same time, let the students have more opportunities to deal with their own ideas, communicate with their classmates sufficiently,learn how to listen to the other students' opinions and make proper evaluation, which can promote the students' self consciousness and self-reflection. We can exchange our ideas when listening to other classmates. We can understand the other students' learning and thinking methods, together with the teacher timely inspiration and evaluation, for which they can open mentality, stimulate the thinking, clear thinking, cause reflection. Students reflect on their ideas, which can help to develop their good personality, cultivate the spirit of unity, cooperation, enhance group cohesion. Only in this way can we raise the students' good listening habits, improve the classroom efficiency. We must do according to the following aspects:Building atmosphere to make students be willing to the following aspects:Building atmosphere to make students be willing to listen; Positive guidance to make students learn to listen; Teach ing methods to make students being good at listening; Intensive training to develop the habit of listening carefully.The two-year teaching practice of Experimental classes, indicated that the students can listen to the teachers and the students effectively after forming good listening habits, mastering some listening strategies and having a certain self-monitoring ability, their efficiency of listening to a class and Chinese cognitive performance also can be improved. Cultivating students' listening ability is a systems engineering, which requires that educators have a set of plans, processes, methods and follow the person's psychology development rule. The task of training listening ability is not only to let students know how to listen to the teacher in classroom, but also to cultivate students'expressing and coping ability, and to make students have the ability of civilized and harmonious communication. We carry out construction activities through self discovery, self control, self-evaluation,which is the valut of listening ability.
