Studies On The Structural Models Of The Culture Construction Of The Students' Community In Universities In The New Century

The popularity of higher education and the further development of the information society impact greatly on the colleges in China. The community in the colleges has been influenced by various factors of the external society, making the simple and closed"ivory tower"corroded by the external reality. The culture structure of the community in colleges has been changed from simple and single modes to complex and multiple ones. This paper examines how to perfect the culture construction of the students'community exactly based upon that background. The key point lies on the scientific and effective structure architecture which could ensure various resources and then it could lay a solid foundation of the culture construction of the students'community in colleges.Although studies on the culture construction of the students'community in colleges have been focused more and more these years, few people give a systematic analysis on that. This paper tries to find an effective model to interact between the community in colleges and the external society, on the study of the structural model of the culture construction of the students'community in high colleges. This model is of openness and dynamics and active selectivity and it can effectively avoid the negative influence brought by external society and make the culture of students'community function fully and then it can give some reference to the recent construction of the colleges.This paper mainly employs documentation and comparative research method and views the students'community as an open, dynamic balanced and actively selective system and then examines the problems in the recent culture construction in the colleges and gives some feasible ways to strengthen that. This paper makes an effective structural model of the culture construction of the students'community in colleges combined with the analysis of the reality of the high schools in China which includes Shanghai University, Dalian University and the Southwest University.
