In recent years, the problems of teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education have exacerbated in underdeveloped areas, which has become a serious obstacle to the development of the rural compulsory education.The recessive loss of teacher in rural compulsory education change slowly and difficult to perceive, however it may lead to greater consequences of the rural compulsory education than the dominant loss of teachers. So, the controlling strategy of teacher recessive loss has become an important and pressing task.Accordingly, the controlling strategy of teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education was regarded as the researching object. The study as taking the research in Jinxian country Jiangxi province for example with the methods of documentary analysis, questionnaire survey and experts investigation, and some effective strategy are presented to solve the problems of teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education based on the survey of the actuality & cause of teacher recessive loss in jinxian country.Five chapters are included in this dissertation and the main content are as following. The first chapter is introduction, which the purpose on the research of the paper, the achievements, the significance and the way of research are introduced in the introduction. The second chapter taking jinxian country as a sample region discusses the objective reality of teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education. Based on the objective reality, this thesis studies the effects of teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education on teachers themselves, the whole staff and the macrocosmic educational. The third chapter studies the causes of teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education from two sides of theory and practice, and it helpful for further research.The forth chapter puts forward the corresponding strategies for preventing teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects.The fifth chapter summarizes the main points in the article. According to this article, teacher recessive loss in rural compulsory education would prevent the healthy development of the rural education, but it is the rational choice for individual to decrease the economy burden to family and conducive to the self-development of the teachers. So, the problem would be resolved only to understand teachers'choices, and to increase the income of rural teacher on the basis of the understanding, but not to accuse their choices.
