As more attention has been paid to the development of professional teachers, the relative research are also going deep and futher in the educational circle. Among them, the comparative studies on the expert-reshman are one of the important part. And it plays a crucial role in the questioning skills in Chinese class.Taking the expert Chinese teachers and the new ones as the study subject, this thesis aims to offer some beneficial references for the new Chinese teachers'development by analysing the differences on questioning skills between them. This study divide the questioning further into three steps: the design of pre-question, the art of questioning and the evaluation and feedback to students'answers. Then, the author do the comparative research on the questioning skills between expert Chinese teachers and the new ones from three aspects: (1) the comparative study on the designment of pre-question between expert teachers and the new ones; (2) the comparative sudy on the art of questioning; (3) the comparative study on evaluation and feedback.Then this thesis will include the following goals: (1) analysing the researches on questioning and expert teachers and new ones, and give summaries to each of them; (2) designing rating scales and the interview outline, and observing the class of expert teachers and new ones for a long time; (3) classifing and analysing the result of the interview and the rating scales.Above the study, the author make following conlutions: (1) Pre-quesition. The expert teachers will put more attention on the pre-question and could take the difficult and important points into account. Having rational understandings to the question itself, they are able to arrange the types and proportion reasonablely. While the new teachers, who are not pay enough attenion to the pre-question, would design too much point cut and could not put forward effective key questions according to the difficult and important points. At the same time, not having enough knowledge to the question itself, the new teachers intends to bring up too many close questions but too less open ones on the question types and proportion arrangement. (2) on the aspect of questioning art. The questioning language of expert Chinese teachers tends to be professional, aesthetic and diversified while the new Chinese teachers'tend to be less professional, drab and dull in form and lack of course characteristics. As for the selection of questioning students, expert teachers are skilled at questioning students according to their facial express and body language compared with the new teachers. What'more, expert teachers are able to choose the questioning objection refer to the questioning aims, while the new teachers hardly take this pinciple into account. On the questioning occasion, the experts Chinese teachers are clever at concerning students'study mentation and could put forward questions according to the difficult and important points. While the new teachers only instruct knowledge according to their teaching design, neglecting students mentation. What's more, expert chinese teachers are able to seize the accident to ask questions while the new teachers always neglect the spark in class. (3) On the evaluation and feedback. With regard to the students'correct answer, the new Chinese teacher just give them praises while the expert teachers would further the question and explan deeply, consolidating students'cognitive ability to queation. As for the faulse answers, the new Chinese teachers always interrupt students'answer or distract the goals. While the expert teachers would lead the student to the right answer step by step and give them guidance. At last, if the students'answers are not completely right or wrong, the new teachers often only concern about one of the aspect, either the right part or the wrong part, while the expert teachers could treat it from an all-around persepective, affirming the right part and correcting the wrong part.
