| At present, the impoverished students in universities of undeveloped areas in China has become a quite important social question. Through many years'endeavors, the government, the university and the society has established a set of assistance systems, the main body of which are the scholarship, the difficult subsidy, the assistance loan and the hard work to support study. This set of assistance system solves many actual problems for the impoverished university students. But even if so, we should see this assistance system is not very perfect at present, and it has some insufficient places. For instance the subsidization take the economical support as a main body, the free subsidization occupies a big proportion, which causes the impoverished students lack the sense of responsibility and think that is right which should enjoy and initiate inertia. The socialized degree of the subsidization pattern is not high. The measure is not to improve the students'ability, just give the students " fish", not "the way to fish". If these questions can not be solved, they will affect the impoverished student's growth, will affect the education fair, will affect the university and society's stability. Therefore, constructing and consummating the assistance system in undeveloped local university, helping the impoverished university students to solve the problem from the material and the energetic stratification aspect, guaranteeing the students'full scale development, can further promote the education fair and the university and society's stability.This thesis mainly utilize questionnaire survey procedure, the literature law and the correlation method research technique. The writer analyze the problem from the assistance system's present situation, point out he insufficiency, and then propose the importance and pressing of building and improving the system. In the main part of this article the writer build and perfect the system from government, the university, society and the impoverished students. |
