Law Perspective Of Competitive Sports Injury Research

A lot of injury accidents happened in competitive sports because of its inherent risk, especially happened in fiercer competitions. In practice, on the one hand more and more sports injuries and disputes;on the other hand it is difficult to solve the sports injuries effectively,because of the lack of legal norms and people's different understanding,which seriously hampered the healthy development of competitive sport. We need to adhere to the law to implement the scientific outlook on development and promote the healthy development of sports bodies. So how to coordinate the career characteristics of competitive sports in the law and the universal characteristics of law, the relationship between the autonomy of sports injury dispute resolution mechanism and the principles of a final settlement justice is currently an important issue.This paper focus on the sports injury, analysising the concept classification, origin, civil liability, criminal liability of sports injury, and then propose several preventive measures to reduce sports injury and strategies of dealing with injury behavior. This paper bases on the basis of our reality and also draws lessons from the foreign approach of dealing with the sports injury problem, in order to be able to be of help when dealing with related issues.
