With the social development, the tourism industry has become the strongest industry in the global economy. At the same time, it has also become the strategic industry in Chinese economic development. In order to educate more qualified applied talents for in the demanding tourism industry, it asks the teachers working in the tourism vocational institutes and colleges with higher requirements. Nowadays, more and more tourism vocational institutes and colleges begin to employ teachers with two or more industry certificates. But how to create a justified and efficient teaching evaluation system becomes an important topic for researchers.In fact, the vocational education in our country developed immaturely. This paper tries to find out the experience and problems with the teacher training system in the vocational institutes and colleges in America,Germany and Japan. After comparing it with the situation in China, it turns out that the teacher training system in foreign vocational colleges pays more emphasizes on standardization, the whole teaching quality improvement, and the teacher evaluation system. As a result, this paper takes Guilin Institute of Tourism as an example to investigate the teacher training system and how to create the teacher evaluation system. It tries to discuss the teacher training system building and management, building plan, and high qualified talents bringing regulation, with the purpose to find out the problems in GLIT teacher training system and the efficient teacher evaluation system.
