Localization Path Of The Development Of School Social Work

School social work is one of the professional fields of social work. It originated in the United States and has developed nearly a hundred years. Its service system has more perfect.In recent years, China has carried out the exploration of school social work in many cities. Shanghai and Shenzhen have larger scale among those. "One school one social worker" is the development direction of the two cities. The development of school social work has its rudiment. However, school social work rooted in western social environment, it has many problems when transplanted to China. For instance, schools lack of recognition of school social work in concept. Some people confused the service content of school social work, psychological consultant and student. Even produced role repeated or mix in role positioning. Therefore, the localization of school social work is needed to be resolved.This study in the direction of theory of ecological system, make the school social work as an ecological system. The process of school social work localization is school social work system and the Chinese social environment interaction between systems until it reaches the balance. The development significance of school social work is that the diversification of students'questions calls for school social work advice. Family, school, community relationship imbalances need school social work coordination. Education unfairness needs school social workers to advocate.At present, there are three aspects problems in school social work practice. In microscopic aspects, the work space of school social workers is narrow, bring out its role is not clear. The pressure of school social workers is big, and the treatment is low. In Medium, the organization lacks of professional resources, their leader's concept bias. In macro aspect, the competent department of school social work hasn't formulated specific working target and perfect evaluation system.This study proposed the path for the localization of school social work. School social work systems should take a "top-down" and "bottom-up" combining the way into the Chinese social environment, supplemented by pilot promoted way. Inside the school social work system, we need to perfect professional guide, mining service depth and firm the services belief of social work.The localization of school social work is a long-term process. It may not come easily, also can't plain sailing. We must have a firm belief and constant efforts to usher in the realization of localization school social work.
