This study adopted qualitative research method, the small children to Figure narrative language testing is to study the language code of the status of small children. In the qualitative research process, I first selected the three different areas of Nanjing small class of three kindergarten children; in the family interviews use purposive sampling to selected several typical family interviews. An analysis of the small children in the language code of the original data, I use grounded theory, as far as possible "suspension" personal "dumping see" and study the boundaries of "stereotypes", starting from the raw data itself, after the initial coding, two coding, three codes, the final interpretation of the small children of four types of language encoding.Found:Three kindergarten children in small classes presented four types in the language encoding, namely:a list of sporadic type, part of the relational, the major relational and holistic. Based on parental interviews and observation nursery language environment to explore the impact of early childhood language encoding, there are three main factors:Individual differences in child care factors; Family environment; Social and cultural factors.
