Teaching job satisfaction of teachers is an attitude and emotional experience on their satisfaction on all the different aspects of their jobs, according to their own standard of job evaluation. In recent years, with the dramatic increasing number of school-age children, the difficult problem of children's entering kindergartens has appeared throughout the country. Social media repeatedly reported the situation and made the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to it. However, due to the limited enrollment of existing public kindergartens, and the relatively weak infrastructure of private kindergartens, people are now devoting more attention to another kind of kindergarten-institutional kindergartens. These kindergartens are usually affiliated to universities and other public institutions, thus they have relatively sound infrastructure and are more experienced, which to some extent should be able to greatly ease the difficulties. However, because of their unclear operating system, the teacher groups are seriously unstable, and thus seriously affect the development of them. Therefore, concerning on job satisfactions of young teachers in college affiliated kindergartens has important practical and long-term significance for enhancing their management level, stabilizing the younger teachers, stimulating their enthusiasm for work, protecting their physical and mental health, and ultimately for the promotion and protection of children's healthy growth, for sustainable development of the kindergarten.This paper designs a job satisfaction questionnaire for young kindergarten teachers by using method of information form, based on reviews on the domestic and international literature on job satisfaction and teaching job satisfaction. In the form of survey, questionnaires have been completed by teachers from three kindergartens affiliated by the Education Office and three university-affiliated kindergartens in Nanjing. Through statistics, analysis and comparison of job satisfactions under the two systems, it can be seen that the young teachers' job satisfaction in university-affiliated kindergartens is worrying. And this paper further indicates the root cause that influenced the young teachers' job satisfaction.The research found that the young teachers' job satisfaction in university affiliated kindergartens constituted by six factors, which are:the management system, work remuneration, promotion training, working environment, parents, and the work itself. Overall, the job satisfaction of young teachers in university-affiliated kindergartens was significantly lower than that of the Education Office affiliated kindergartens. In particular, the remuneration, management system, working environment satisfaction of these three points differs very much, which is the leading factor to cause the instability of young teacher groups. It is also found that the job satisfaction was also different according to academic qualifications, marital status, age, job title, seniority, and status. For example, the job satisfactions the young teachers who had more than 5 years teaching experience was significantly lower than those of teachers who had taught less than 5 years.According to the research, conclusions and suggestions are proposed from the institution aspect, the kindergarten aspect and the teacher aspect. Logistics Unit in universities should further deepen reform, create innovative management system, optimize logistics personnel system management, establish and improve the incentive mechanism. At the same time, teachers should strive to improve their overall quality, a sense of ownership, and enhance service awareness, which can play an important role to stabilize the teacher groups of university affiliated kindergartens, promote education reform steadily, achieve cross-domain development of kindergartens, and alleviate social contradictions of kindergarten's difficult access.
