The Research On ZJTU Private Vocational College Internal Control

As a type and the organic constituent of higher education, the private colleges are playing the vital role in our country's higher education area. The private colleges and universities suddenly appear as a new force. As well as promoting education multiplication and accelerating education reforms and innovation step, it has raised millions of professional and multi-skilled talents for the society and the enterprise, which has accelerated the countryside urbanization, alleviated the social employment pressure and promoted the education to be fair. Therefore, it is meaningful and important to guarantee the private colleges and universities to develop steadily and continually.With thorough reform of education organization, the number of private colleges and universities increases rapidly, and the competition between colleges and universities becomes fierce. Because of the weak foundation, the insufficient investment and the expanded recruitment of public colleges and universities, ZJTU is faced with the huge competition pressure. The existence of capital diversification and the complicated school levels makes it possible for ZJTU to face more complicated and converted risk, which may cause more harm. The enhancement of internal control is effective method and the measure of dealing with ZJTU will possibly meet in its developing process. It also guarantees ZJTU developmental strategy. In fact, internal control is a kind of management control. It is the method and measure to improve the working efficiency and to achieve management goal in its internal implementation. Besides the same teaching and the management as the ordinary public colleges, ZJTU also has to operate independently and to assume fully responsibility for own profits and losses. It is intrinsic power for ZJTU to enhance internal control, to improve management and operation and to enhance the economic efficiency.How to strengthen the internal control and to raise its management level and the fund operational effectiveness becomes an urgent subject facing the intense situation of fund. It is also an important guarantee for ZJTU to improve its management level and to implement its sustainable development strategy.The author uses the researches of internal control theory and the characteristics of private colleges and universities with her own working experience to analyze the internal control of ZJTU. Using case analysis research technique, this paper conducts the internal control situation, summarizes the question and the insufficiency in this area and puts forth the suggestion to improve the internal control in ZJTU. It combines theory and practice to promote the construction and the development, to enhance the security of property and the benefit and to guarantee ZJTU continuous, healthy and stable development.
