Internet is intensively changing the world surrounding us and influencing our study, life, way of thinking, and values for its superiority, such as, considerable information, fast speed in information communication, and realization of global information share, and so on. Internet's temptation is tremendous, especially to the secondary students whose ability to distinguish right and wrong, control themselves, and to choose is weak. Meanwhile, education of the stage is essential. To the students, it influences their physical and mental development and formation of personality and humanity. To the state, its quantity and quality directly affects the quality of the nation and the development of economy and society. Rapid internet spread makes secondary students'ideological and political education whose effectiveness has serious consequences for construction of a harmonious society, meet new opportunity and challenge in content and methods.To meet the challenge initiatively and face the negative impacts of internet ,passively studying secondary students'ideological and political education has become important task for the current for secondary students'ideological and political educationer , to find more effective methods and create a new situation of secondary students'ideological and political education according to practice. Face the issues among the secondary students, analyze the reasons, dig out the origins, explore the deficiencies and utilize all available modern methods to enrich the content and form of secondary students'ideological and political education, perfect its methods and to guarantee its results.
