A multitude of scientific teaching practice show that:before the formal science instruction, the children have already built up their own concept about the optics. Different from the scientific concept of optics, some spontaneous concept about optics is called the misconception of optics. In the first part of the article, I illustrated my reason to research for the issue which is named< the pupils'misconception of optics whose age is from nine to ten in the J elementary school, and the research of the corresponding changing strategy>, together with the summary of other people's correlative research findings. The second part is about my research according to the actuality of the pupils' misconception of optics whose age is from 9 to ten. This part of content includes the design and the execution of the research, the actuality and the causal analysis of the pupils'misconception of optics in the J elementary school. The survey shows that: In the pupils'mind, the misconception of optics exists in all the concept of the spreading path of light, the shadow, the reflecting light with the plane mirror, the generation of sight, the refracting light of the convex lens, light and Color. There are a diversity of causes to form the misconception of optics, for example, the visual impression or personal experience, the daily language or common statement, the misleading of the mass media, life environment or culture atmosphere, the influence from companies, teachers and parents. The third chapter is about the educational strategy designed to change the pupils' misconception of optics, according to my hands-on science. There are strategy about scene, strategy about analogy and strategy about environment in this part. Each strategy has been discussed from the four aspects of the basis, the introduction, the applied example and the practical effect. There is my consideration about this subject study in the last part.
