Kindergarten rules, with which preschoolers should comply in the daily kindergarden life and interpersonal interaction and other various activities, are such behavior standards and norms that are designed to protect children's safety and discipline, coordinate children's relationships and promote their learning. In addition, the children's failure to observe the rules and requirements which are set in specific activities by kindergarden or temporarily put forward by teathers, is defined as children's violations. The research on this kind of behavior can contribute to penetrate children's psychology changes in the course of socialization, explore the characteristics of perceiving rules, and enrich children's socialization theories. In order to discuss the the phenomenon and reasons of children's violations, on the one hand, we observe and interview on-site using qualitative method, and record observations by means of event sampling. On the other, through analyzing the violations' types, reasons and interactive results between teathers and children, we further make corresponding education suggestions. And facing some existing characteristics of children's violations currently, most teathers often hold neutral attitude, and mainly correct individual violation of children in time, which children tend to accept their suggestion.Based on comprehensive observation of teachers'reaction to violations and interview with first teachers, we conclude some exsit problems that wait to ascend and solve in the process of the current education:Kindergarten rules focus on management value but ignore educational value, teachers treat violations in single pattern, teachers' concept on rules education need to ascend. To this, we put forward some advices and profound consideration.
