The Research On The Science Training Mode Of College Student Leaders

College student leaders are in the outstanding elements of college students, in particular, an integral part of university administrative work force and population of university, and the representative of the students. Because of its exemplary role and example role of benchmarking, strengthening the training work of student leader became an important aspect to promote ideological and political education of high school, is the entry point and sally point of ideological and political education of high school.But right now most of research is focus on the level of student management; the studies about the training of student larder are very short. For student leaders, this important group, is only over-use, short of training, so I believe the research about science training mode of college student leaders has great theoretical and practical significance.This research are begin from the problems of college student leaders and the causes of the problem, the problems of training college students leaders and the causes of the prolems. With multiple intelligence theory, the theory of quality education, management theories as the basis and support, combined with student work abroad and the experience of Hong Kong, put forward a bold student leaders training mode in China. The training mode are make up around the guiding ideology, training objectives, training objects, building principles, training content and the critical control point of training.Innovation aspect of this paper is:(1) Based on previous studies to construct the training model of college student leaders, enrich the theory of higher education personnel training mode, open a hidden breakthrough and innovate an new operating mode for the university to carry out effective and hide ideological and political education.(2) Give guidance great theoretical and systems management to the used based on experimental and haphazardly student management. Conduct a preliminary exploration for training future excellent party cadres through the path of the training college student's leaders.
