This study takes the college "village official "group as the main object,takes the job satisfaction as the theme, using quantitative and qualitative research methods, from a sociological point of view, on the basis of collecting and reading a lot of relevant literature and documents conducted a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with college "Village official in Hubei Province.This study described the status quo of the college "Village official " job satisfaction in Hubei Province and used the sociology theory including reference group theory and role theory to analyze the personal and social factors of college "village official "job satisfaction.Study found that college "village official" in Hubei Province is satisfied with the overall work. The five dimensions listed by the satisfaction degree from higher to lower are:working relationships, working conditions, work itself, working remuneration, self-development. The college "village official" is satisfied with the work itself, working relations, and working conditions but not satisfied with working remuneration, and self-development.By crosstabs analysis I found the college "village official" satisfaction degree of the overall work were influenced by those personal factors:gender,education, graduate schools, and the marital status just influence the remuneration satisfaction. The male are more satisfied with the job than female; the higher level the "village official" has the more satisfied he or she felt;the better the "village official" graduated from the more he or she feel satisfid with the job; the people who were married felt more satisfied with the job remuneration than the people who are single. The role definition,entry motives and future plans are also the important personal factors which can influence their job satisfaction. The family factors that influenced the college "village official" satisfaction degree of the overall work were:family background and their parents' attitudes to their work. The supervisors' not definite the role of the college "village official" clearly and the withdrawal mechanism of the college "village official" is not perfect which both are the social factors that influence the college "village official"'s job satisfaction.According to the empirical study results, I suggest that the government should carry out of college "village official"'s identity, perfect college "village official" selection, training and examination system, improve the withdrawal mechanism, provide more re-obtain employment channels and fair career development; Meanwhile college "village official" also should adjust mentality, recognize that the particularity of rural work and devote themselves to the construction of new rural areas.
