For a long time,the development of private higher vocational colleges in our country has already been into a good situation, however,since the only way of their capital source is students′tuition fee, so the key to limit the development of private higher vocational colleges is their work of new students′enrollment. At the same time, this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems about new students′enrollment of private higher vocational colleges deeply from many angles, such as the over dependence on tuition fee,the lack of support of government's policy,the high tuition fee,the lower school-running level,the low-lying society evaluation,the decrease in the source of students,disagreement about training direction of major with the corporation demand,the disadvantage about the situation of students to find a job. At last, this paper comes up with the strategy of improving the result about new students′enrollment of private higher vocational colleges: fulfill the referred law and make it completed,strengthen the support of government,open the autonomy of new students′enrollment of private higher vocational colleges,make the market of new students′enrollment more meticulous,carry out the marketing action actively,set up the fine social brand imagine of private higher vocational colleges,standard the action of enrolling new students,improve the working system of new students′enrollment,meet the market demand and improve the social sustainable development.
