Since reform and opening-up, with the establishment of the labor market and the implementation of the reform of the educational system and teacher employment, the brain drain in China's colleges and universities has become a increasingly serious problem. This problem is simultaneously becoming an obstacle to the sustainable development of the higher education and a problem that confuses university administrators. However, the existing studies on turnover intention mainly focused on the enterprises, while the studies about university teachers are relatively scarce. After extensively reading literatures related to turnover intention inside and abroad, the author put forward her own hypothesis in this paper, and then collected data by a self-designed questionnaire in accordance with the principles and methods of psychology and social statistics.
