What's the professionalism of teachers? What's the focal point of teachers'professional development? How to evaluate the level of teachers'professional development? Answers to these questions can be only found in the vivid and vigorous teaching fields.Using an ordinary and special"student-based teacher"as a sample, this study explores the necessity and possibility of the professional development of teaching practice in the process of education by the new and unique point of view about"influence power". In this study, a questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, classroom observation, work analysis, documentary research and other methods are used to carry out the combination of the amount, quality and theoretical speculation case studies.This case study shows that education is influence; education power is influence power. As a kind of thinking and practicing power, influence power becomes the core element of the professional development of teaching practice.The formation and development of influence power and a teacher's career, personal efforts and their environment are closely related .This case study also shows that through the integration efforts of individual teacher, school and integrative teachers education, the specialization of teaching practice and influence power can be greatly promoted.In this study, Jing Zhiqiang is a typical example who has benefited from imposing effective influence on the students to achieve remarkable achievement. The enlightenment of his success is that the influence of the specialization of teaching practice can be examined and contributed from four dimensions,they are personal idea, teaching pattern, classroom observation and classroom management.
