Secondary vocational education high school education in China has developed into an important component of training for the community bears the important task of professional and technical personnel. China wants to realize the full context of the whole society, reasonable employment, the development of vocational education to be effective for the community to train with professional competence and professional qualifications of the high-quality workers. However, there is the existence of the secondary vocational school students decline in the quality status of poor students, many problems of higher standards of corporate employment, a serious impact on education goals. In this study, Changchun City, a secondary vocational school students as a case object, investigation and analysis of their learning situation, learn about educational psychology theory and empirical investigation and theoretical analysis using a combination of methods, the students observe up close and research, analysis and summary based on the methods to solve problems and strategies. In this paper, based on existing research, the survey of the 802 secondary vocational school students in learning, depth of analysis lot of impact factors of proposed vocational school students in the learning process, problems occurred countermeasures. The purpose of teaching education of secondary vocational education is to put forward a reasonable proposal.The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the origin of problem, the purpose and significance of study and the research method and procedures. The second chapter gives an overview of the relevant research of learning situation at home and abroad, the relevant definition and theories of secondary vocational education and analyzes the direction for the students'learning. The third chapter, according to the survey questionnaire, detailed analyzes the basic conditions and the current situations of students. The forth chapter for the survey is proposed to improve the status of vocational students learning solutions and strategies. At last summarizes the shortcomings.
