The Study Of Educational Administration Reform Under Complete Credit System In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

This paper deals with profitable exploration of educational administration reform under complete credit system, based on the case study and reality of Silicon Lake College. The paper reveals the achievement and problems of education reform under the complete credit system and put forward the suggestions of perfecting credit system through the document and empirical study. And the push for reform of complete credit system is not to pursue the teaching management system, but to take it as an effective way in order to create conditions for solving the actual contradictions and problems. And then this reform wins the space for developing high vocational education. The implementation of reform is not only the form change of teaching management system, furthermore, the introduction of the credit system is aimed at developing its advantages in system philosophy, system mechanism and system function and its effect on the system reform.
