A Study On The Classroom Teaching Literacy Of Master Of The Curriculum And Pedagogy

We know that class is the main form of the school, and a decided effect of classroom teaching is teaching quality. In the face of the new curriculum reform and the complex and changeable student, teachers'classroom teaching literacy undoubtedly faces more challenges in a classroom of dozens of students. The development of basic education reform fosters the development of normal education , and as the normal education gradually moving toward the high education"post-bachelor"teachers is a development trend of teachers in middle schools , and as a result , a variety of modes of teacher education developed and maturity . In many teacher education training modes, master of the curriculum and pedagogy which is trained by both a discipline and the school of education has been largely accepted by the region's schools for its advantages of knowledge base, educational theory and practice. So it is the Master of the Curriculum and Pedagogy that is the subject of the study of the classroom teaching literacy.Though experienced developed pre-service education, whether the classroom teaching literacy of Master of the Curriculum and Pedagogy can meet the needs of teaching and research, in which aspects show advantages or disadvantages, and which measures should be taken with facing these problems, are the key problems of this study. Based on the questionnaire, the first part of this study analyses the manifestation of the classroom teaching literacy, and makes an analysis of the advantages or disadvantages and the affective literacy which is difficult to compare with others. The second part is to search for the underlying causes of the questions in the first part of this study. Analysis to the above problems and reasons, and combining the reality of our normal education, the corresponding perfection measures have been put forward in the last.
