Research On Resource Construction And Sharing Mechanism In The Competence-oriented Lifelong Learning Personalized Recommendation System

With the proposed concept of lifelong learning and the promotion of digital learning,network learning system has become a hot spot in the field of educational research. In lifelong learning environment, competence oriented learning plays a positive role in improving organizational performance and promoting personal quality.Making the CLLPRS as the research target, the individual competence development as the core, and the construction and sharing of resources as the key points, this paper has discussed the mechanism of resources construction and sharing in the CLLPRS. Based on the analysis of research and development situation on virtual learning community and resources construction and sharing, this paper explains that community driving mechanism could provide important support for the resource construction and sharing process in lifelong learning systems. Community driven resources construction and sharing requires users' contribution and activities, so we need to provide the framework supporting for resources construction and put forward a mode of resources sharing. First, this paper designs the framework of resources. It expands the chosen resource standard through analyzing many existing standards so that it can support competence oriented lifelong learning more effectively. Resource sharing process involves many aspects of resource utilization, based on the analysis of community driving mechanism and its main application cases, this paper discusses the main factors of community driven and it analyzes the application of community driving mechanism in resource acquirement, resources recommendation and resource management. At last, this paper provides the methods of resource construction and sharing through the case of teachers' educational technology competence development in lifelong learning environment, and sums up the mode of resource building and sharing.
