| Foreign novels are the crystallization of wisdom that we human cannot ignore, which is an important part of the literature world we are facing now. With the development of the new curriculum reform, our Chinese new curriculum reform begins to reflect a new recognition to the literature world. The optional course --Appreciation of foreign novels is involved in the high school Chinese optional series NO.5"studying of Cultural work". We are lucky to meet in the spiritual feast, tracing and gaining happily but also painfully embarrassedly and wandering.As for us, optional course is a totally stranger, which is also a blind spot in teaching. So I comb and evaluate the lessons of Appreciation of foreign novels from every aspect, combining analysis of school situation, teaching analysis and my feelings.This article takes the lessons I have got as my studying objects, takes the new curriculum standard, the studying aim and teaching advice and Chinese teaching as the theoretical basis, and adopt content analysis method, method of comparative analysis and so on as my studying method to combine the quality and quantity and combine the teaching situation of Appreciation of foreign novels form the aspects of setting the teaching goal, choose the teaching contents and teaching method. At present, there are 6 teaching methods in our teaching practice of Appreciation of foreign novels: construe method, Intuitive method, reading method, comparing method, experiencing method and combination of reading and writing method. After combining and evaluating, I set 3 characteristic teaching pursue in Appreciation of foreign novels: read the content, set teaching pivot skillfully and fill in the blank with imagination and analyze inductively 4 questions in our lessons which is worth discussing: obliterate the difference between optional course and obligatory course, lack integration of teaching recourses, ignore the guide of effective studying conduct and lack appropriate teaching depth. At last I come up with 4 kinds of consciousness according to these questions when teachers design the lessons of Appreciation of foreign novels: optional consciousness, novel consciousness, student consciousness and practice consciousness. |
