| The basis of university moral education is responsibility education, which is the educational activity to raise the university students'inner sense of responsibility, awareness of responsibility, cognition level of responsibility, undertaking ability of responsibility, fulfilling self-consciousness of responsibility and so on. The success of responsibility education is up to students'action of choice. It plays a fundamental role of the guidelines for the students to become mature, such as developing the ideological cultivation, moral character, professional behavior, interpersonal communication as well as the creation of wealth in full scale. This article which is based on the field of moral responsibility horizon focuses on the construction of university responsibility education system. It must be built to conform to the background of the time as well as the needs of becoming mature in order to deepen the contemporary university responsibility education. What's more, it also offers opportunities to take part in, the situation to experience in and the platform to practice on. We need to improve the cognition level of responsibility as well as the initiatives and self-consciousness of responsibility gradually with efficient means and methods. What's more, we should advance the responsibility education gradually in down-to-earth way to cultivate'responsible person'and shape the all-developed person for the development of moral education system in school and the development of society with training qualified persons.The whole article consists of three parts.The first one is comprehensively about the significance of strengthening the university responsibility education. It contains the understanding towards the meaning and essence of responsibility. It also talks about how the sense of responsibility formed and the reality as well as the significance of the university responsibility education. Another aspect is about the reason why the students lack of the sense of responsibility.The second part focuses on how to construct the content system of the university responsibility education. In order to strengthen the university responsibility education, solve the problems of it and improve the practical effects, the main task is to construct scientific and reasonable content system of university responsibility education. In this article, the system includes the cognition aspect which is the premise and basic aspect. It is about the contents such as thought, consciousness, motivation, inner behavior judgment and self-awareness of behavior. Another one is action aspect, which is the core, contains the development of responsible behavior, the practice of responsible education as well as the ability of fulfilling the responsibility and so on. The third aspect is about environment aspect, including the contents about condition, environment, atmosphere, inheritance and so on. The last is guidance aspect, including the educational contents such as the educational goals, the direction of development and educational evaluation.The third part is systematically about how to put the university responsibility education into effect. According to the theory of moral system, university responsibility education is a kind of systematical moral work. Besides the construction of the scientific and reasonable system of university education contents, another important task is find out the practical means and methods fitting for the university students with the principles of moral education and the characteristics of university responsibility education. |
