| Spanish World Cup team is the champion of the nineteenth winner,it was also the first eight world championship team, led the development trend of world football. During the 2010 South Africa World Cup qualifier stages, Spanish team won the total ten games which make them easier for the finals. Spanish is the only one qualifying session unbeaten team. In the final stage, it wins 6 and 1 record; at last it beat Netherlands 1-0 to win the World Cup. Spanish team is a technically superior, with emphasis on small-scale, short pass to penetrate the offensive football team. They have superior ball control and have the most luxurious of the lineup, the Spanish team in the organization the use of offensive tactics, whether individual or tactical coordination is our ability to learn and learn from them. This World Cup only have 4 Asia teams to the 32, namely, South Korea, Japan, Australia and the Korean team, only South Korea and Japan reached the semi-finals. Asian teams can be seen from the record and the Spanish team has a huge gap, so by study four teams of Spain and Asia teams to find the gaps and learns from them.This paper use of literature, observation and other research methods to the 2010 World Cup Spain 19 soccer team's seven games with the Asian teams (South Korea, North Korea, Japan) in 14 games for the Attack Tactics study, five teams were on the techniques and tactics of statistical analysis to identify patterns and lack of training to provide the theoretical basis for the future. The results show that:1 A low ball control team in Asia team, South Korea up to 51%, while the Korean team was only 35%, almost half of the difference in the whole race has been in a passive situation, and the Asian team has a big gap on control of the ball with the Spanish.2 Asian teams which have a low pass rate in high combat conditions, the basic skills are not solid; meanwhile they are lack of competition experience, and the team psychological immaturity.3 Spain goal time distributions was even, the main goal team to forward, shooting a variety of ways, but mainly by foot from the center. Asian teams time to focus on goals 1 and 6 time period of time, goal time is relatively concentration of the offensive zone before the field-based, approach to the pass and kick oriented, compared with Spain, Asia the way the team goals and a relatively weak region to launch attacks.4 Spain is characterized by rapid counter-attack a wide range of counter area, fast and efficient. Asian team in the position of the overall counter-attack and rapid use of offensive tactics are behind the times of the Spanish team. Spain has a quick counter-attack to score 3, the average Asian team less than two balls.
