Strengthening the collectivism education among higher vocational college students will enable them to establish correct collectivism values, form the behavior habits of serving and dedicating to the group in their life and work, which is highly significant for their growth, mature, accomplishment and success, and also plays an important role in the final establishment of our socialist harmonious society. With the title "Collectivism Education among Vocational-technical College Students", the thesis, adhering to the combination of theory and practice and having analyzed the current situation of collectivism education in higher vocational college students, puts forward some targeted measures and do outmost to make new breakthrough and new contribution in collectivism education among vocational-technical college studentsHigher vocational college students are our talented persons in every profession and trade, and they are also main force to realize the two great ambitions--the comprehensive construction well-off society socialistic modernization. The ideological and ethical standard and state of these students will directly affect China's socialist construction career. Currently, great changes have taken place in higher vocational education contents, environment and objects, which lead to carious problems to appear. Therefore, the further development of higher vocational students'collectivism education has important theoretical and practical values.In the era of progress and changes, collectivism education faces an unprecedented challenge:globalization, networking and marketization, which are like a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it not only promotes the self-consciousness, competition consciousness, but also results in egoism and money worship, which puts a great impact and profound influence on higher vocational college students'value formation. Therefore, to strengthen the education of higher vocational college students' collectivism is imperative. Such education is also the need of the era development and inner demand of socialist market economy; it also is the requirement of constructing a harmonious socialist society and the needs of the students' growth.Current higher vocational students' collective education still exist many problems. At present, because much attention has been put by Chinese Party Central Committee to higher vocational college students' ideological and political education work, and the education departments at all levels and colleges and universities, adhering to the people-centered principle, also carry out and implement the central spirits, the collectivism education has achieved good results. But it is undeniable that there still exist many problems in current higher vocational students' collective education:the poor collectivism conception, the lack of spirit of time, aims and gradation, relatively poor the education means, and not optimistic education environment. These problems have inseparable relationship with colleges and society themselves, but also with the college students.According to the present problems in higher vocational students' collectivism education, to ensure its effectiveness, we are requested to have new understanding and practice in education countenneasure.
