With the arrival of information era of 21st century, taking information technology as the core technology, educational technology specialty has been developing rapidly as a breakthrough and the high ground in today's educational reform. However, in recent years, the weak professional quality of graduates and the bad employment situation features the confusion and deficiency in the cultivation of students of educational technology specialty. In the current 21st century, under the Circumstance of the reform of teaching contents and curriculum, it is necessary to re-examine and research in undergraduate course system of educational technology specialty, and it ifits into cultivation goals for trans-century talent.Based on the historical evolution of educational technology courses system, guided by the constitutive theory of curriculum system, it discussed the necessity to optimize undergraduate curriculum system from three aspects, like the popularization of higher education, academic development and personal development, and taking view of the subject orientation and cultivation goals, some Investigation and Analysis of social needs and undergraduate curriculum have been done, to explore problems of educational technology undergraduate curriculum system. whereby tries to reach reasonable cultivation goal, competencies system and knowledge structure, optimize the curriculum and design a modular course architecture with the times, flexibility, practicality and forward-looking.
