Harmonious College Campus The Orderly Formation Mechanism Studies

The constructing of harmonious socialist society is a great strategy for the socialist construction proposed by the Chinese government. In the field of higher education, the great strategy transforms into the constructing of harmonious campus. For order has been universally considered as an essential identification character of human organization, a university, as a human organization, will take the formation of harmonious campus order as the primary task in its developing course.In this thesis, Harmonious Management Theory, put forward by Professor Xi You Min from Xi'an Jiaotong University, will be employed as the analysis tool in the study of the formation of harmonious campus order. First of all, the analysis of the external environment, including law, the system of institution and moral environment, will locate the unfavorable aspects for the formation of harmonious campus order and propose measures for the improvement of the external environment. Then, the analysis of the people-oriented and scientifically-developing environment, the incentive and competitive environment, the moral and impartial environment and the supervision and law environment on campus, will locate the unharmonious aspects in these environments and raise the causes of them. The study of internal environment will be followed by the construction of the basic structure of harmonious campus order, which is formulated by the employment of Harmonious Management Theory's basic mode of dealing with complicated situations. And the formation of harmonious campus order will achieved through two steps, the artificial order accomplished by the university leader's planning and programming function acting on the university's management standard, institution and administrative mechanism, and the self-improving order obtained from the friendly improvement on the four major internal environments.
