Nation development, education first. Implementation of the national "technology and education" and "Talent" strategy, teachers play a pivotal role. Teachers are leading the implementation of teaching activities, teacher's living conditions, capabilities, quality and the employment environment have a very close relationship with teacher professional development. With the development of the world's women call their own, women career development, employment environment and other issues will to be included in the focus areas. Female teachers in middle schools as one of the groups of women, their career plateau phenomenoncareer in the career development would seriously affect the improvement of quality of teaching, the life quality and career development progress. Therefore, strengthening the teaching staff and overcoming the middle school career plateau phenomenon of female teachers, both are teachers in the performance of education duties and even the demands of building a harmonious society.In this study, carrer plateau of middle school female teachers in Guilin of GuangXi as the research subject, women in sociology, psychology of women as the theoretical basis of subject knowledge, drawing on the three dimensions of career plateau, based on the use of questionnaires, interviews, statistics methods, revealed the status and characteristics of middle school female teachers with career plateau.It is found that female teachers in middle schools in Guilin toward plateau is the most serious level of the plateau, job content plateau phenomenon followed.Female teachers' age, job title, seniority, education, school type, position, nature of work of significant impact career plateau, courses taught,marriage and birth of three variables on career plateau was not significant.In-depth interwiew,it is found that middle school female teacher witn carrer plateau have school,teaher,social three level of reasons,including teacher management system is not perfert,work load capacity,due to a harmonilus working environment,lack of carrer motivation,knowledge structure is irrational, lack of love for the teaching profession, teaching profession did not receive due respect and social expectations too high. Based on in-depth analysis the causes of female teachers in middle school with Career Plateau, put forward that build a sound teacher management system, the concept of lifelong learning, enhance career development and career resilience power to rebuild a new concept of female development, care to respect teachers and create shared responsibility of education mechanism are important to overcome career plateau.
