This article outlines the current sector-based training, educational theory's theoretical exploration and vocational schools successful practices in this regard. In the survey, based on detailed analysis of a vocational school in Chengdu this new specialized courses in vocational school teacher status quo, that full-time teachers educated, younger, and teaching experience is short, part-time teachers, lower educational level, lack the necessary teaching profession training, lack of professional full-time teachers practical experience, ability to guide the training of students is not high, the overall lack of basic skills education and teaching skills. Made from teaching basic skills, teaching organization and management, professional teaching methods, practice, practice areas such as school-based training guide, summed up the school-based training through specialized courses to enhance the vocational school teacher professional quality series of specific operational methods. And school-based training for the new problems arising in practice, is proposed to build a distinctive feature of the school-based vocational training, to focus on school-based training curriculum development, to focus on the issue, while most of the teaching is personalized for individual differences in cultivation and other countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into four parts: Part I describes the background of this study and the study design, Part II and the present study summed up the literature review, presented the Professional Quality Professional Teachers and school-based specialized courses to enhance teacher training is an effective way to professional quality. The third part analyzes the specialized courses in a vocational school teachers in professional quality, summarizes the school-based training in a vocational school specialized courses in enhancing the professional quality of teachers of specific practices and shortcomings. The fourth part for the problems found in practice to carry out further training of school-based strategies and recommendations.
