Since New China, CPC Central Committee and State Council attached great care and attention to minority talents, Take a series of special measures to train a large number of minority party and government cadres and professionals. In2000, Xinjiang students arrived at Beijing, Shanghai and other cities of inland to study. By2010, with the development and enrollment of The High School Classes for Xinjiang students in senior high school inland reached6378, the cities for Xinjiang students increased to36, the nember of the school for Xinjiang students study in increased to66, the amount of Xinjiang students to2.2million.This research try to take the classes for Xinjiang students of Qingdao Laoshan no.2middle school as case study, and analyze behavioral characteristics of Fellow Intercourse, to make sure the Development characteristics, patterns of behavior and the influencing factors of the Fellow Intercourse, Explore education strategies, help Xinjiang students adapt to the cultures of inland, and establish a good peer relationships.This paper first introduces the topics of the origin, meaning the study of the theoretical basis and the angle of view, research methods and the steps, and summarizes the related literatures. In chapter1of this paper, I introduced the cultural situations briefly of The High School Classes for Xinjiang students in senior high school inland, the history of Qingdao Laoshan no.2middle school and the general situation of Xinjiang students.In Chapter II, I mainly investigate and analyze the students'status of peer communication features in Qingdao Laoshan no.2middle school through the questionnaires and interviews.In Chapter III, I mainly analyzed factors for the fellow intercourse of Xinjiang students were, mainly from the living environment, time and cultural distance, bias, system security, personality traits, policy responses, knowledge and skills to proceed.The fourth chapter is the conclusion of the article.
