Since the implementation of reform and opening to the outside world, China's Rural Poverty Reduction Program has not only made great achievements and gotten praise and recognition in general around the world, but also, after a long period of exploration and practice, formed a security-poverty alleviation model with Chinese characteristics, which is Government+Non-Profit Organization+poor farmers. In this model, the non-profit organization participates in the security-poverty alleviation career actively and extensively with its constant intention, much success, innovation, flexibility, the service's effectiveness, and especially some organizational characteristics that corresponds with the objectives of social security. However, in the early stage in which the security-poverty alleviation development is not perfect, the non-profit organizations face many actual obstacles from the government, society and itself, which leads the advantage of non-profit organizations in the poverty reduction not to be fully reflected and seriously affects the efficiency and effectiveness of its poverty reduction action. Compared with the important role in the rural poverty reduction action and the actual difficulties encountered in the reality, the non-profit organization gets less attention from the domestic academic circles, let alone the systematic and in-depth research on countermeasures. In today's critical stage for the transition of poverty reduction strategy model, the neglecting and inadequate research on the poverty reduction action of non-profit organization not only has no help in understanding and evaluating the role and function of nonprofit organizations in poverty reduction action, more importantly, but also affects the improvement of the protection-type rural poverty reduction model in our country.Therefore, in the early stage of the security-poverty alleviation, it is the trend to explore the commercialization of poverty reduction action of non-profit organizations. And it also has great theoretical significance and practical significance. About the research of the security-poverty alleviation of the non-profit organizations, this paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the theoretical basis for the taking part in the security-poverty alleviation of non-profit organizations, including defining the relevant concepts, providing the theoretical basis and introducing the domestic and international research situation; The second chapter is to analyze and evaluate the practice of the security-poverty alleviation of non-profit organizations, mainly about the advantages and actual difficulties for the non-profit organizations in the process; Based on the second chapter, the third chapter puts forward a new way for the non-profit organizations to participate in the security-poverty alleviation, that is the commercial operation from the perspective of clients (C), operations (O), resources (R), participants (P), services (S). It mainly analyzes the positive significance and the actual and theoretical feasibility of the commercialization of rural poverty reduction program for the non-profit organizations in the early stages of security-poverty alleviation; By the use of CORPS model the fourth chapter, analyzes the commercialization action of rural poverty reduction program of non-profit organizations from the perspective of clients (C), operations (0), resources (R), participants (P), services (S). By using the microfinance project of China Foundation for Poverty Reduction Program as an example, this chapter puts forward more specific proposals in order to relieve and eliminate the rural poverty gradually in the realization of the maximizing the benefits of non-profit organizations, while clarifying the participation in the commercialization of the security-poverty alleviation of non-profit organizations.
