With the rapid development of science and technology, the world has entered into information age. Electromagnetic environment in the limited space is seriously polluted by the application of various electronics products. Electromagnetic interference not only affects the performance of electronic equipment, but also be harm to health of human. It is well known that EMI exists in two types, radiation and conduction. Electromagnetic shield is usually used to prevent radiation EMI. And for conduction EMI, filtering is the most effective measure of protection. It is the "window" of EMI entry and exit for electronic and electrical equipment at the interface. So the connectors with filtering features can greatly conform to electromagnetic compliance (EMC) of electronic products.Based on the practical engineering and related filter theory, this paper describes the whole process from design of product to application. First, introduce the filter connector trends and development conditions at home and abroad in brief. Then filter connector on electromagnetic compatibility was simulated by using high-frequency circuit simulation software ADS. The problems encountered in the design and the key technologies in the processing of produce were analyzed. At last test results and simulation results are compared and discussedIn this paper, connectors filter chip is based on the dielectric film cast method for processing the design process, the dielectric thin film cast method process is a high degree of automation, high efficiency of the process. Through the test platform, the test results show that the electrical connectors filter chip indicator completely attain the design requirements.
