Ultraviolet Lamp is widely used in the fields of medical health, priting curing and other industry. So that the advantages of UV lamp should be maximaized by its excellent performance of luminosity control system, in order to serve for the people's lives and production better. With the rapid development of the morden power electronics and computer control tecnology simultaneously, the luminosity performance need to be effectively improved with them used in the areas of the applications.Compared with the conventional tecnology, for example, the combination of leakage reactance transformer and PLC cann't overcome their disadvantages. Instead, the association of embedded system and fullbridge converters is proposed in this papper, which realized the designing function of UV lamp luminosity. Finally, human and material resources are saved.The detail process that the full bridge converter achiecing zero voltage switching is introduced in this paper, and besides that, the feasibility is obtained by the in-depth study of the combination of the full bridge soft switong technology and embedded system taking place of leakage reactance transformer starting power. Finaly, the hardware of embedded system is designed based on the core of LPC1768. The simulation resultes show the correct chioce of the composition of fuzzy PID and single neuron PID intelligent control algorithm used in the luminosity current double closed loop.The main work of this thesis is the system feasibilty anysising and designing, such as the term of ZVS anysising, the design of embedded system hardware and software, high voltage main circuit designing, high frequency transfermer designing and so on. The results and experiments conclution are supposed at last.The topology of system and algorithm is relatively simple, so that the system gets higher stablity. All of obove, the performace of system is concenient to achieave. Control strategy proposed in this paper the performance has its guidance meaning of UV curing equipment, besides that, there is a brilliant futre of its applications.
