The personnel management system of** unit is a system based on web. This article analyzes the foreign and inland's status of current personnel management system in the aspect of developing, background and needs research, and discuss the enterprise apply mode, the project feature etc. The system discuss it's research and development procedure from needs research, feasibility, scheme choose, overall design, detail design, test and run etc.It uses WINDOWS XP as developing and running operate system, use ASP as web architecture, SQLSERVER2000 as database management system. Use ADO to interactive with front ASP page and background database. The system is based on B/S mode, and Internet Explorer browser is used to respond the requests of client.This article discusses and compares the two different methods:Life Cycle method and Rapid prototype method. At last, combine the two methods to one to develop this system.At first, this article discuss the needs research, and continues with overall design based on the needs research. Then beginning the detail design, define and realize work flow of this personnel management system.This system is primarily realized system management, personnel management, salary management, basic data maintain and so on. As different function Module, it has its own business logic to realize it.The system customer is divided into two types:administrators and customers. Customers can access Personal information. Administrators manage this system.At last, this article discusses the testing and running status of this personnel management system, and direct at the existing problem and shortage, we present some resolutions.
