This paper discussed the telecom operators, energy conservation and emission reduction difficulties, based on analysis of large computer operation and maintenance data and tracing of computer operation and maintenance. It also expounds the importance and necessity of tracking of air energy management systems for saving transformation machine operators. Through simulation and real two kinds of different test conditions, the more practical gradually adjusting and improving management system, the system structure and interface, formed the market can be directly applied system software, telecom operators unmanned air base and energy-saving equipment power remote data, indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, data acquisition, remote real-time monitor and remote maintenance, greatly reduce the maintenance personnel, improve the base station operators, saving energy, energy efficiency of data analysis of test equipment for the job offers strong support.This energy management system is mainly used for air conditioning control without compressed energy collector and the original of refrigeration, which make whole system with not only satisfy, equipment in the safe and stable operation of the equipment for the requirements of temperature and humidity, and through the whole process control system to achieve high comprehensive energy-saving benefit.This paper includes air-conditioning energy management subsystem of data acquisition, data transmission parts, operation monitoring and warning subsystem.
