Technology Research Of Mobile Communications (U) SIM Card And Design Of Business Support System

(U)SIM is a mobile user's network identification tool. As it is essential for a mobile user, the whole telecommunication industry particularly telecom operators concern in it. The reason is (U)SIM is a "effective asset" of operators, it's almost becoming the only channel and interface which operators9 can control in contacting with the end users. Meanwhile, (U)SIM has integrated more features with the evolution of technology, such as STK/SAT, JAVA, NFC and so on. Therefore, (U)SIM will be no longer only a network identification tool, with promoting of market demand and technology evolution, it will be given many more important functions.This paper introduces (U)SIM with JAVA feature, and designs a new generation of card business support system basing on the existing (U)SIM card management. The system is designed with core system functions and business processes. Core functions of the system include dynamic multi-channel of (U)SIM management, security management, application test, authentication management, online management, etc. And the main business process is also designed according to actual business demands. This paper introduces mainly a designed support system which focuses on the object of (U)SIM applications in the hope of providing reference to the management of (U)SIM's functions and fast operation. Meanwhile, I also hope that the quick deployment of U(SIM) will provide more high-quality application, more convenient and effective business services to the mobile users.
