| Next generation network (NGN) will provide users with personal, mobile, intelligent services and the access to network services anywhere and anytime, has become the urgent needs of telecom-operators. In this thesis, we combine the business trends of Chifeng Communication Services, and design the network solution suited for the development of the Chifeng Netcom local network. We also discuss some network technology of intelligent services. These aspects have important research value and good prospects in the future.The main contents are as follows:1) we draft the network planning and solution of Chifeng Netcom local network and design local network traffic model. We analyze the ability and capacity of key network elements with specific traffic under the design. We also analyze the function test and service test of softswitch VoIP signal.2) A network model of NGN telecom service platform is provided, and some service provision forms are also given.3) We consider the network design of NGN service platform, and design system architecture. Then, we give the protocols and signaling implementation process of intelligent value-added service. We also analyze and calculate the processing capabilities of the trunk media gateway, the access media gateway and the signaling gateway.4) We discuss the architecture and function modules of softswitch Intelligent Platform. We also analyze the intelligent service implementation based on PSR and SDC, and propose an intelligent network data migration technology.5) We design the infrastructure and function modules of an intelligent optimization NGN service platform, and evaluate the feasibility and usability of the NGN platform.Above all, in this thesis, we have completed the construction plan of Chifeng Netcom next-generation network. We also have got some research results on the framework model, service platforms and network management, which can provide some reference for the NGN network design and telecom services optimization in the future. |
