The embedded System Application software and hardware collaborative design can develop product more conveniently and efficiently, which can avoid the disadvantages of the traditional embedded system product development. There are many links in the Collaborative design, including system description, system modeling software and hardware partition, collaborative synthesis, design and simulation verification. The embedded system is composed of software and hardware. Besides completing the specified functions, the embedded system also propose higher requirements, such as the system's power dissipation, costing, volume and other performance norms. There exist relations among the functional modules of the embedded system design. Currently, the process of the embedded software and hardware still use the idea that the design is after the partition. This means that the partition process and the collaborative synthesis process are isolated processes. The idea applies to the situation of inadequate components library. As the comprehensive applications of the IP core and component, most software and hardware do not need to be designed again. So, the partition part must concentrate on the matching compatibility issue of the software and hardware. Generally, the process of the embedded system design is that the design is after partition and the process ignores the relations among the collaborative synthesis and other functional modules, which affects the ratio of the simulation implementation. For this issue, this paper has further research on the process of the embedded System software and hardware collaborative design. According to the current process of the software and hardware collaborative design giving more focus on the design than multiplex and existing situation of the large-scale components library in the current software and hardware collaborative design, this paper proposes a process of the software and hardware collaborative design based on the comprehensive subsidiary partition, diverts from design to multiplex and actualizes the transition of the software and hardware collaborative design from design to assembling. For the process of the software and hardware collaborative design, after the comparison of the various modeling methods, according to the embedded system needs to optimize many performance indicators and the character of that the modules depend on each other in this system, this paper proposes a collaborative synthesis partition graph theory module based on transcendental items matching. The module not only takes into account the parameters the IP core and components, but also considers the compatible information among the modules. The module gives more vividly description of the software and hardware collaborative design process of comprehensive subsidiary partition, which is convenient for using the related methods of the graph theory to solve the process scheme problem based on the comprehensive subsidiary partition. In the software and hardware collaborative design process, for the collaborative synthesis partition graph theory module based on transcendental items matching, this paper uses weight simplification methods, creates a decision module, and use the system pre-decision and user decision to get the comprehensive evaluation index weight. Then, according to the evaluation index and a improved scheme based on the information bit of the K-KSP, this paper evaluate the number of K optimal schemes to make the users to choose. Finally, the simulations verify the high efficiency and high rate of accuracy of the improved KSP scheme. According to the comparison of the bits of preferred matching digits and the bits of the information, this paper analyses the performance of the improved KSP scheme. The results of the simulations show that the scheme that proposed in this paper can offer better resolution for the choosing components problem for the large-scale components library in embedded system design.
