A Study On The Archival User Education Of University In The Knowledge Society

The development of science and technology promote the progress of the society, human beings are entering knowledge society. In the knowledge society, the demand for knowledge of social members in unceasing enhancement, to file the effective information contained in the attention of knowledge, also is rising ceaselessly, at the same time the requirements of archives are constantly improved. People no longer limited to use demand, but urgently need to be satisfied with the huge amounts of information in their search for and effective use of useful information ability. This ability is not born, only acquired through education and learning to obtain. That is the social members of education have unprecedented user archives, the strong demand of archives work needs is to promote the sustainable development of archives opportunities is the big challenge for education work user.User education and university archives education or university archive users train, it is neither a new word, nor a new task. Based on the collection of education research about file users of archives, understand literature user education research present situation, then, through the analysis to find literature, found that most of the existing research, the content of the lack of practice for completeness, and in practical work failure to form a scientific system. As a college archives workers, the author selected Shandong University as a case of research object, which nearly six years of users information and data analysis, the quantified the survey results, which makes this article more persuasive. Use of case analysis to the point and surface, how to pass this college, education research existing archive users, summarize the user education analysis of the experiences and the mode of education, reaffirmed its archive users, the necessity and significance in better meet social education work of archives users put forward new requirements while, promote the sustainable development of university archives work.This article for the first time take a university as an example, based on the analysis of the specific cases, elaborates the user education should include file contents and putting forward several effective education mode. This paper puts forward file users are formed, think the archives in education is not only to improve the file users, it is the important measure of utilization ratio of ascension records of quantity and quality, and the latter is a particularly important measure in today's electronic, information, the network society.This paper is divided into five parts.
