In the recent decade, more and more scientific scholars are interesting in the theory and application of artificial neural networks, which is one of the most active research in the area of the nonlinear information science. Papers is divided into three chapters:In chapterâ… ,the present situation of artificial neural network is overviewed, the background and preliminary knowledge which is used in the thesis is given..In chapterâ…¡, the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium state of cellular neural networks with S-distributed delays are obtained by using the Banach's Fixed -Point theorem; and proved the boundedness to avoid bursting phenomenon. Global asymptotic stability and global exponential stability is also obtained combining with the promotion of the Halanay's Delay Differential Inequality and Lyapunov Functional method. Result of the development as presented in this paper which is more general than those reported is in some previously published papers. In chapterâ…¢, An issue of exponential stability of reaction-diffusion cellular neural networks with stochastic delays is studied by using Lyapunov Functional Method, M-matrix properties and some inequality techniques, some new results are obtained, and these results promote of the relevant literatures.
