Thus it is very imperative to use the advanced IT technology to build a security emergency platform to enhance the safety of coal industry production management. The"Eleventh Five-Year"plan put forward our information platform construction safety objectives, and proposed to establish some basic resources, databases and applications. As the coal industry, the current relatively low quality of personnel , technical support is comparatively weak , information technology still in its infancy.This thesis choose major coal mine accident emergency information building as a starting point to study the various types of emergency resources, information structure, information on various types of multi-dimensional description of multiple perspectives and to achieve unified management of information. The information points join together through a uniform information management platform, with an effective organization. At the same time, the system also established a communications platform, when the accident occurs, it can informing relevant staff, to improve the efficiency of the work of rescue command.
