With the deepening reform in China's market economy, the media industry has begun to focus on the development of its industrial nature. It's inevitable for media to participate in market competition by introducting market mechanisms. In recent years, with the operation of the media group, each median has competing for market share and seizing the initiative on a fierce advertising, which the provincial TV competition is fierce. From the initial focus of the program content to the later exploration of channel positioning, frequent moves are provincial TV hoping to share in the market. Will naturally have a competitive strength of the other. For those relatively disadvantaged provincial TV, how to enhance the development of strength, and thus invigorate the development of mechanisms to enhance the competitiveness of its competition in the market to respond to and manage the inevitable choice.Guizhou TV as other provincial satellite TV which is the earliest one of the satellite TV but development slowly ,both of them haven't take advantage of the first to obtain a better development, both in the channel of power, brand or part number of audience recognition, there is still a gap between Guizhou TV and and other stronger such as Hunan Satellite TV, Jiangsu Satellite TV . With the competition intense, actively participate in market competition is the Guizhou TV's choice. In this paper, Guizhou TV as the research object, through combinating the development of the current status of provincial TV, show the current competitive environment and location in Guizhou TV, to enhance competitiveness in its basis. At the same time ,through existing data and analysising information , reveals the Guizhou TV's competence; learn from successful experiences in journalism, communications, branding, advertising, marketing and other methods as the basic discipline, and combinating the actual situation of Guizhou TV to explore the competitiveness of Guizhou TV.This article contains three parts:Partâ… : From the macro, meso and micro level analysis of Guizhou TV current competitive environment.Partâ…¡: by drawing on academic research, screening out the evaluation of a provincial TV element of competitive strength, and on this basis, the focus from the ratings, the coverage of other aspects of the competitiveness of Guizhou TV performance.Partâ…¢: the first paper on the competitiveness of Guizhou TV show based on the analysis, respectively, from strategy and tactics to enhance the competitiveness of Guizhou TV countermeasures and suggestions.
