The Research And Realization Of Unicast-Based Mobilephone TV Service Plaforms

With the revolutionary improvement and development of computer and communication technology, we can not only transfer voice data using mobile phone but also many other kinds of things such as text short messages,multimedia messages,books,advertisements and so on. What's more, the technology level at present made it become reality to transfer video data fluently. The new service:Mobile phone TV was born with such technology background. It took the information and entertainment applications to a new height with the combination of the mobility,portability,interactivity of mobile phone and the abundant TV programs.There are three kinds of services of Mobilephone TV:request,download,live. Mobilephone TV can be realized in unicast method (including VT method and streaming method) and broadcast method (including MBMS and CMMB).
