The technology of tertiary oil displacement that can improve the efficiency has entered the stage of industrial application. The injection pump is the essential agent equipment that can inject displacement agent into oil wells, the change of injection pump parameters, such as flow, power, pressure has a direct impact in the efficiency of oil displacement, therefore, we have an urgent need to develop a comprehensive real-time parameters detection system for oilfield mining site for timely and accurate provision of relevant parameters, provide the basis for adjusting the injection process, and ultimately improve the oil recovery efficiency.The main content of this article is to design a multi-functional real-time detection system for triple injection pump, use S3C2410A ARM9 family processors as controller, which includes the ARM data collection terminal, data storage server and remote data access client. The real-time detection system is for oil field conditions of injection pump in EOR, can measured ASP flooding (polymer, alkaline, surfactant) three input active power injection pump by a variety of measurement, the main performance parameters of the pump such as traffic, deviation can be obtained through the certain calculation from the collected data. The calculated results can be displayed by the client software, also can directly execute the data storage and printing operations by the client software. The results of xperimental show that the monitoring system can reliably run and can be applied in the field.
