Design And Implementation Of Online Social Insurance Declaration System

Along with continuously perfection of the business system and business mode in the field of labor and social security, the requirements of service socialization are made further clear. It makes the concept of the electronic governmental affairs public. The broad insured enterprises are more and more in need of online declaration for social insurance. The perfection of enterprise network infrastructure, the development of network technology and the solution to information security technology provide necessary conditions for the electronic government construction of social insurance. The insured enterprises can do most business of social security via the network such as paying the social insurance and business modification. This will greatly enhance public service level and management level of social insurance department. It has great significance in the development of information construction and meeting the requirements of service socialization.This paper puts forward a development strategy of based on Hibernate and Struts framework. By the design and realization of online social insurance declaration system, it discusses advantages and disadvantages of two patterns integration. During the analysis and design of this system, this system makes use of object-oriented analysis and object-oriented design technology to build the static modeling and the dynamic modeling by UML.This paper briefly introduces the background and significance of this project;it generally describes the user requirement;provides the network structure diagrams, and system module charts, and it enumerates major functions, database table structure and system development tools; The request analysis is detailed to analyze each parts, applies the deployment diagram,the use case diagram, the class diagram, the activity diagram, the sequence diagram, the state diagram and collaboration diagram of UML to model the software requirement, analysis and design from various angles. Concerning the code implementation of the model, the paper describes how to realize the three parts of MVC with Struts and how to realize ORM with Hibernate. In addition, an example is given to show the systematic realizing program. Finally, the paper summarizes the advantages and some shortcomings.Social insurance online declaration System has been applied by insured enterprises and departments of social insurance in Jinan&Weifang City, and is expanding gradually in the various countries in the area of Shangdong.
